Swedish Massage is a gentle, relaxing & therapeutic massage
using long gentle gliding strokes and kneading to relieve tension and stress
in muscles, fascia and joints.
Light and medium pressure is used.
A pulsating massage gun is available for
deeper pressure if needed or requested.
This is NOT deep tissue.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing
modality that helps to ease pain and
muscle tension.
Silicone cups are placed on your back,
arms, and legs. This creates a suction force inside the cup and pulls your skin and fascia upward, and increases circulation
of blood & lymph fluid, and
decreases stagnant Qi
(which is a very good thing) !
Reddish purple round marks may be
visible on skin for a few hours or days
after treatment.

Hot Stones are used
to heat, relax and ease tense muscles
and increase blood & lymph flow.
Smooth & hot basalt volcanic stones are
placed along your back, legs, abdomen and used to create long gliding strokes to
