Manual Lymph Drainage is a very gentle, clinical, specialized and therapeutic form of lymphatic "massage".
The Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses
very light pressure (with my hands) to help reduce toxins, cellular debris, reduce Lymphedema and Lipedema swelling.
MLD helps with other bodily trauma, as well.
Trauma can be any injury, acne, disease, or surgery such as lymph node removal (with mild-moderate lymphedema),
